Specific Limitation

The preliminary proposal deadline is February 26, 2009. Invited full proposals are due August 4, 2009. Internal coordination required. Eligible institutions may submit three preliminary proposals. Proposals for new PIRE projects as well as proposals for the renewal of PIRE awards made in 2005 may be submitted. The limit on the number of proposals an institution may submit as lead institution applies to the combined total of new and renewal proposals.
