Specific Limitation

Internal coordination required. An applicant may submit multiple applications if each separate application describes a project that will serve a different campus or a different population (Section 402A(c)(5) of the HEA). An applicant may submit more than one application as long as each application serves a different population. Any applicant who submits more than one application must submit a justification as to why the different population of participants cannot be served by the project in the applicant's other application(s).
