World-Class Facility

Located in Innovation Park, IGNITE Tallahassee’s state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft. facility is purpose-built to support early-stage and scaling tech companies. Clients have access to private and shared wet and dry labs, secure offices, meeting and flexible co-working spaces—alongside proximity to cutting-edge research centers like the Center for Advanced Power Systems, the High-Performance Materials Institute, the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion, the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, and industry partner Danfoss. This unique setting fosters collaboration, accelerates innovation, and connects entrepreneurs with world-class resources and industry partners.

Shared Labs

IGNITE Tallahassee provides shared lab spaces designed to support startups while minimizing overhead costs. Our collaborative labs—including a dedicated cold storage room—offer the resources and flexibility needed to advance your research and development.

With 843 sq. ft. of shared lab space and a 228 sq. ft. cold storage room, our facility provides access to a wide range of specialized equipment — from incubators and pH meters to freeze dryers, vortex mixers, flammable material storage, and ultra-low freezers — all available for shared use. With secure keycard access, clients can conduct experiments and access facilities 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted progress.

Co-Working & Conference Spaces

Designed for flexibility and collaboration, our co-working and conference spaces provide the perfect environment for innovation and networking. Each space is equipped with televisions, power hookups, and ample seating, ensuring a comfortable and functional workspace.

  • Conference Rooms – Available for reservation anytime through our online portal or app.
  • Co-Working Spaces – Open 24/7 with no reservations required, offering a dynamic environment for collaboration or a change of scenery from the lab or office.
